You can exchange and refund your order within 14 days .
( the exchange and refund for the evening wear , ramadan designs & discounted items within 3 days only ) ..

Plz note that the online refund process takes 5 to 7 working days .

-Returns Conditions:
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

-Delivery Fees: 
you are required to pay the delivery fees in all cases (new orders , refunds, canceled orders in delivery phase & exchanges ) We will not pay the delivery or return charges unless we have mistakenly sent you a wrong or damaged item

In case of canceled order in delivery phase you are required to pay the delivery fees.

-Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

-NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE EGYPT .
